User Experience (UX) Assessment 


User Experience (UX) Design is the iterative development process for a new or redesigned product centered around the user’s experience to create a product that delivers a user-friendly and valuable experience to multiple segments of potential users. In cases where products need to be redesigned, it’s necessary to carry out an assessment of the existing user experience. We apply our Experience-Driven Design© Methodology through field visits, in-depth interviews (IDIs), focus groups, and quantitative research to develop a deep-dive assessment of your consumer’s experience with your product to guide potential next steps. This assessment limits risk and increases the odds of success by identifying key ideas and channels for the redesign before it begins.
